If you just purchased an Equivision software product, please select the appropriate link on this page to register and qualify for your Free 30-Day Tech Support. If you purchased multiple products, please submit a seperate registration for each product.
Free Tech Support:
Technical support is provided free of charge to registered users via phone or email for a limited 30 day time period commencing on your product registration date. Prior to contacting us, please browse the “Known Issues” section of our "On-Line Tech Support" page for your specific software, as they list the most common user issues and usually provide an immediate resolution of your difficulty. Extended Tech Support:
Registered users requiring telephone support after their Free (30) Day Tech Support period will be charged $ 15.00 for the first 15 minute time period and $ 10.00 for each subsequent 15 minute period on each call. Please Call 760-751-1012 between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please have your credit card ready.

If you registered previously and need an additional validation code for a new or secondary computer, please do not re-register, as that will slow up receiving your new code. REGISTERED USER on EXISTING COMPUTER:
If you previously registered on a computer and need a new validation code for that same computer because the "Pop-Up" Registration screen suddenly started to appear, please select the following link for instructions on how to reset the original code.
