This occurs on
version 4.0 only. To fix, go to your "Control Panel" then click on the
"Display" icon to bring up the display properties panel. Select the
"Settings" tab, then select the down arrow and set your display/color
setting to either 16 Bit or 24 Bit (your is probably set at 32 bit which
is too high for this screen saver).

| 2. Sound
Does Not Play At All Or Correctly |
You control the
overall volume of the screen saver by adjusting your global volume control
usually located on your speakers. However, since individual systems are
sometimes configured differently, you may find the horse sounds and
background music volumes to be disproportionate to each other. If you need
to make an adjustment, simply go to your Start menu, click on Programs, go
to Accessories, then go to Multimedia or Entertainment, then select Volume
Control. Adjust the various controls until you achieve the desired mix.
This volume control panel also allows you to mute either the sound, music
or both by selecting the appropriate mute button. Please note this is a
global control and in addition to the screen saver, this will also mute
sounds or music in other applications as well. If you only want to mute
the screen saver without effecting other applications, simply go to the
Equivision screen saver control panel and make the desired changes.
