Direct Support:
Upon registration of any Equivision™ software product you are entitled to 30 days free technical support for any issue pertaining to installation difficulty or operating errors. Prior to contacting us, please browse the “Known Issues” links listed above, and the Help Menu or Trouble Shooting guides that were included with your software, as they list the most common user issues and  usually provide an immediate resolution of your issue.

When contacting us direct whether by phone or e-mail, we need your name, product name and version #, product serial #, your computer type (Laptop, Desktop, Networked), your operating system (Window 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista, etc.) and the nature of your difficulty  Please be specific. If an error message is displayed when you experience your difficulty, please write it down, and repeat to us exactly as it appeared.

Technical Support Via E-Mail
Technical support via e-mail is available "Free of Charge" on a permanent basis to all registered users, including those who are past their Free Thirty (30) Day Phone Support period. We will reply to emails within 24-72 hours after receipt. Emailing your question is usually your best option since we review incoming emails numerous times during the day, and we are able to send a written reply to your inquiry. Extended Technical Support
Registered users requiring telephone support after their Free (30) Day Tech Support period will be charged $ 15.00 for the first 15 minute time period and $ 10.00 for each subsequent 15 minute period on each call.
